So excited that you posted this. My daughter is a pickle fanatic and we actually had a jar of juice that I was about to toss (but didn't!):) The chicken turned out sooo juicy... AMAZING. Is it the pan searing that seals in the flavor? Thumbs up from our household! -Lorie

I did a posting about brined chicken about a year ago and your idea about the pickle juice is excellent. What a brilliant idea I have wasted a ton of the stuff and of course you can use any brine from any vegetables. Very clever Rose and thanks for the kind words you left on my blog.
